I am e-mailing to express my opinion and to thank you for such a wonderful stay at the Amazon Rainforest Lodge. From the time you arrive at the airport the guide makes you feel welcome and it makes your experience so much better. The lodge is a wonderful place to get away from everything, relax, and enjoy the wonders of nature. The swimming pool and water slides are wonderful, swim in the pool at night and you will be looking at a sky full or stars and listening to the sounds of nature that only the jungle can provide. Service was excellent, they went over the limit to make you feel good and have a good time. Food was amazing, some of the best I have had in Peru, and the tours are excellent too allowing you to experience the Amazon environment in the best possible way.  I strongly recommend the Amazon Rainforest Lodge to anybody visiting the Iquitos Amazon area.  We personally want to thank Omero (our guide during our stay) for providing us with his knowledge and attention. He was excellent as a guide, and if we ever go back we would like him to be our guide once again. Thank you for providing us with an unforgettable experience.

I'm emailing to express my gratitude for a wonderful stay. my girlfriend Marie Kameko and i stayed for several nights in mid march and had a great time. the entire staff, from Amador our bartender, to the cooks, the grounds keepers and even the parrots were always very friendly, polite, attentive and quick with a warm "hola"! we enjoyed refreshing dips in your pool, laughing at American cartoons on your satellite t.v., paddling about the flooded momon in your kayaks and visiting nearby villagers. we also found the food to be both delicious and healthy, a special thanks to the kitchen staff. i appreciate that many local ingredients were used. i would hope American tourists don't come just to eat hamburgers! while Jimmy, our guide thought i might gain weight during my stay, i might have lost a few pounds. i attribute this to all of the enjoyable physical activities available and the fact that i just can't "pig out" like i could when i was younger (lucky for my fellow guests!).

Peter, this a fantastic facility you have, from the moment we arrived we fear welcome the staff, has beon exceptional, this was certainly a great opportunity to enjoy the Amazon and the jungle.

Thank you for a very relaxing tropical experience, the guides are friendly and the food is delicious.
Marcos is eager to mix you the best Pisco Sours.
We nightly recommend a evening sunrise cruise/float on the river to enjoy the sights and sands of the forest.
The best part for me was sitting in the watch tour.
My husband really enjoyed all the animals - especially the back spider monkey.

P.S. Watch out for Janita - she is quite a terror.

What an amazing place, the people here are absolutely wonderful. I especially enjoyed the tame animals, tank you very much for shaving me a different way of living. I hope to return with my sister within the next couple of years.
