HOW TO GET TO THE AMAZON RAINFOREST LODGE
The point of departure to the lodge is the city of Iquitos, in the heart of the Peruvian Amazon. The easiest way to get to Iquitos itself is by air, approximately a 90 minute flight from Lima are two airlines: Lan Peru and Star Peru. If coming from the Brazilian city of Tabatinga, there is a fast sepeedboat leaving every other day.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE AIRLINES OFTEN CHANGE THEIR FLYING TIMES SO PLEASE CHECK ON THEIR WEB PAGES OR TELEPHONE THEM FOR CORRECT TIMES.
Also: You need to be at Lima airport at the latest 1 1/2 hours before the plane leaves.
